AI formatting and translation may be metered by credits, and plan details may change as billing and integrations evolve.
Paid subscriptions are provided by Vempus Technologies Private Limited and can be managed from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal, while paid access continues until the end of the current billing period when Stripe marks the subscription as active or within its paid grace period.
Because TimeWipe sells digital subscription access and metered AI credits, payments are non-refundable unless required by law. This no-refund policy is disclosed before checkout and applies to monthly and yearly subscription purchases.
